Streets Between Centuries

This piece began with my original photograph of a downtown San Antonio street looking toward the Tower of the Americas.

I reimagined the scene as a collision of different eras—horse-drawn carriages, early automobiles, historic architecture, modern San Antonio, and a psychedelic sky all occupying the same moment.

The idea is simple: cities never really leave their past behind. We walk the same streets as generations before us, surrounded by pieces of their world even while building the next one.

Streets Between Centuries is my attempt to make all of those layers visible at once—part history, part memory, part Texas, and just enough cosmic weirdness to keep things interesting.
